During the family membership process, you will come to the page below. It’s been tripping up folks so we hope this helps. 

The primary member creates the account and is the account owner. See A1 in the image on the right.

• Parents/Guardians - Here is where you add another parent or adult to the membership, click the plus sign to the right.
• Family Members 18 or Under - Here is were you add anyone under 18. Just click the plus sign to set the number of person(s) you want to add.

Additional Data

Additional data are a series of questions asked of you by Ebony Ice. For example, we’d like to know your winter sports interests, your primary winter activity and more.

After adding a parent, adult or children, please click Additional Data and complete (see B1 and B2 in the image to the right).
